I answered a Facebook Marketplace ad and ended up buying a lot of cameras and misc. photo gear. Specifically; 13 cameras, flash units, light meters (including a pretty sweet Soligor Spot Sensor II), bags and film.
Some of the film was expired but unexposed 35mm. I’ve added it to my film fridge for later use. Some of the film was exposed, both color and black and white. Well, you guys know I’m a sucker for developing these so-called rolls of “found film.”
I’ve opted not to show the frames of a group of dead and decaying animals.
I’ll be developing and scanning this exposed film and posting what I find along the way. Below is a sampling from the first roll of color film that I’ve already developed. They’re actually quite good! I can tell that whoever snapped these photos did so with intention. I can see the rule of thirds, leading lines and other “tells” that the photographer is trained. I’ve opted not to show the frames of a group of dead and decaying animals that he/she must’ve come across during his photowalk and photographed. His apparent canine companion leads off the gallery, though.
