Released in November 1979, the Canon AF35M is a legendary piece of camera history. It was marketed as the “Autoboy” in Japan and launched the incredibly successful “Sure Shot” line in North America.

It was shaped like a plastic brick, weighed almost a pound, and was an absolute milestone in consumer photography
